New Look, Same Mission: Helping Your Voice Be Heard

After years of quietly shaping podcasts behind the scenes, we’re excited to share something new: a refreshed website, a renewed focus—and a return to the original team that started it all.

The Road Trip That Started Everything

PodShaper began, like many good stories do, on a road trip.

Years ago, when podcasting was still finding its footing, we (Chris and Rebecca) were on the road for hours at a time, trying to stay awake (without waking the sleeping baby) and inspired by the growing world of podcasting. But there was one problem: we were constantly adjusting the volume. One moment the host was a whisper, the next, the theme music would blare through the speakers—forget about those s’s and pops! It was frustrating—and it sparked an idea.

Chris, already deep into music production and sound design, knew it didn’t have to be that way. And Rebecca, with business acumen and systems-thinking, saw the bigger picture: people will want better audio. Creators needed partners who cared about both quality and message. Six months later, we began to dream about a big move abroad and determined that we needed to join the fast growing ‘gig’ economy to make it work (which we did—more to come on that)…and PodShaper was born!

Future Plans (…under construction)

Since then, Chris has worked with hundreds of creators—from indie podcasters to top-ranked shows—editing, mixing, and designing sound that connects. Meanwhile, Rebecca built a career in nonprofit leadership, helping organizations grow through strategic planning, partner and community engagement, and mission-driven decision making.

Now, we’re teaming up. Rebecca is stepping back into the business, bringing big-picture strategy, marketing, and growth planning to support the studio’s next chapter.

What’s New

The new website reflects this evolution. It tells our story more clearly, will outline our services more simply, and speak to the kind of creators we love working with—thoughtful, mission-driven people who want their podcast to feel as intentional as the message behind it.

We offer a range of services, including:

  • Creative consultation to shape your concept

  • Full audio and video post-production

  • Script support, show notes, and transcripts

  • Launch strategy and content planning

  • Social media content repurposing

  • Podcast editing in both English and Spanish

  • Custom music and soundscape

Whether you’re building a brand podcast, launching your first show, or growing your audience, we can help you do it with clarity, consistency, and care.

Let’s Make Something Great Together

Podcasts are personal. They live in people’s ears and become part of their routines. That’s why we care deeply about the sound, the story, and the strategy behind every episode.

If you’ve been thinking about starting a podcast—or leveling up your current one—we’d love to talk.
