Chris is a self-taught musician, audio engineer, and sound designer with more than 20 years of experience helping people be heard.
Driven by a passion for storytelling and immersive sound, Chris specializes in bringing voices to life—whether through dialogue, music, or soundscapes that make audiences lean in. He thrives in collaboration with influencers, creatives, and change-makers to ensure every message resonates clearly and authentically.
Chris approaches each project with an ear for the unexpected, seeking that “delight” factor that elevates content—shaping pacing, effects, and music to enhance the emotional arc and impact.
Over his career, he’s partnered with a wide range of artists, filmmakers, and creators, consistently delivering standout results. Known for his dedication, intuitive creativity, and sharp attention to detail, Chris is trusted to make sure every story is not only told—but heard.

In the early days of podcasts, Rebecca and Chris found themselves on long road trips, constantly adjusting the volume to compensate for poorly mixed shows—one minute too quiet, the next painfully loud. What started as frustration quickly turned into inspiration. With Chris’ audio expertise and Rebecca’s vision, they set out to create a studio that made podcasts sound better, feel better, and truly connect with listeners.
After years leading strategy, operations, and teams in the nonprofit world, Rebecca is returning to help PodShaper grow. She’s focused on scaling our systems, strengthening your brand, and ours, and building new partnerships to ensure creators get the support they need to make their voices heard.
